TOWER PARKING SYSTEM
- One of the most efficient independent parking system
- The Tower parking system can be provided with 3 type of configurations as below:
- Standalone Steel Structure Tower – OPEN TOWER
- Steel Tower within the RCC shaft – CLOSED TOWER
- Steel bracket with columns within the RCC shaft – RCC TOWER
- The tower parking system can be designed for 0:1,1:1,1:2,2:2,2:3,3:3 Configurations
- The configuration can be defined as per the space availability
- The system can be designed for 2 Ton or 2.5 Ton capacities
- The fastest loading and unloading is possible
- The tower parking can be built up to 70 mtrs. above the ground and 10-15 mtrs below the ground
- Normally – 70 – 80 cars per tower per lift are most efficient combinations
- Entry and Exits can be at different levels
- The ENTRY module is equipped with all the AUTO mechanism which checks the car’s working envelops as designated and raises the alarm if any oversize vehicle arrives
- System ENTRY is equipped with AUTODOOR at the entrance and OPENS/CLOSES when the command is given on the HMI/OPERATING panels by the operator/user
- The vertical storage pitch can be designed for Small/Sedan/HatchBack/MUV/SUV cars heights
- The tower has one lift which can run from 30/40/50/60/90 mtrs. Min speed
- The lift has one inbuilt mechanism which is used for sliding the pallets from lift to parking slots and reverse as well
- The turn table can be provided to change the orientation of the cars for the required EXIT orientation and to save time during the exit as well
- The foundation bolts are required to be inserted well in advance for the OPEN Tower
- The Sheer wall load calculations are required to be considered at the site of project design for the RCC tower
- As per the local CFO norms – Fire Compliances required to be checked such as fire retardant steel (1hr/2 Hr), Fire painted structure, fire resistance cable, additional pallet thickness if any – to be checked and accordingly the scope of supply can be worked out
- External cladding, roofing, Fire sprinklers, extended fire stair case, extended platforms if any are to be provided by client
- Ground floor additional door to be provided by client for OPERATOR/USERS Entry and exit
SHUTTLE PARKING SYSTEM
- The floor space can be increased with the help of shuttle parking system and independent parking system
- The Shuttle parking system can be provided with 2 type of configuration as below:
- Steel Structure Based – Above ground/below ground
- RCC floor based – Above ground/below ground
- The Shuttle parking system also has two variants as far as the car orientations are concerned – Lengthwise placement and widthwise placement
- As per the space availability the configuration can be defined
- The system can be designed for 2 Ton or 2.5 Ton capacities
- As per the traffic flow and sites drive arrangements, lift locations are very much critical and important to define
- The placement of the lifts make the system efficient and leads to easy movement of the vehicles in line with the building plans
- This system can normally be used 3-4 levels below the ground and up to the 40 mtrs above the ground
- Entry and Exits can be at different levels
- The ENTRY module is equipped with all the AUTO mechanism which checks the car’s working envelops as designated and raise an alarm if any oversize vehicle arrives

PUZZLE PARKING SYSTEM

- These system are available in two variants:
- Electromechanically operated system
- Hydraulically Operated Systems
- In – Dependent Type of functionality
- The system can be designed for 2T and 2.5 T capacity
- Electromechanical are more than 2 levels up to 5 levels above ground
- Hydraulic are available for Ground + 1st Level combinations
- The vehicle heights, widths and lengths can be customized
- Preferably indoor installation, if outdoor enclosure to be provided by client
- The maximum span can be 8 grids and 6 levels
- Suitable for INDOOR and OUTDOOR Installations with cladding
- The cladding and roofing is compulsory to ensure protection from rain water and direct exposure to open conditions.
- The overall parking sizes can be planned suitable for SEDAN, SUV, and COMBINATION as per the project requirement
HORIZONTAL CIRCULATION PARKING SYSTEM
- This is an independent and automatic parking system
- Dedicated location for the ENTRY/EXIT of the car
- The system is preferably designed for the Car entry at the TOP i.e the ground floor and parking system BELOW i.e under the ground floor
- The most suitable plots for the systems are which are rectangular and have very limited access and probably only where one access is possible
- The ENTRY module is equipped with all the AUTO mechanism which checks the car working envelops as designated and raise the alarm if any oversize vehicles arrives,
- System ENTRY is equipped with AUTODOOR at the entrance and OPENS/CLOSES when the command is given on the HMI/OPERATING panels by the operator/user
- This system is suitable for a maximum of 40 -44 cars
- There two lifts – Main lift and other one is the sub lift which is actually used for the horizontal movement of the pallets which are placed in the rack structure
- The Lifts have an in built slot connected to lifting and lowering chain which stop as per the pitch defined in line with the number of levels and sizes of the car
- The maximum allowable parking height for all the floors has to be same
- The pallets are interlocked with each other and move by single motor at each level
- The indexing is monitored in such a way that the defined location is achieved accurately
- The cycle time is more than the other automatic system since a pallet wise circulation takes time
- Same side Entry/Exit, One side Entry and Other Side Exit is also possible
- Smart System can be provided – such as an RFID based system can also given
MINI ROTARY PARKING SYSTEM
- This is an independent and automatic parking system
- Dedicated location for the ENTRY/EXIT of the car
- This system is works on the clockwise/anticlockwise direction with the help of single motor
- The rotary movement in O loop is by the heavier chain with positive locking with the help of driving and driven sprocket
- With this system, 8/10/12/14 cars can be parked in place of 2 cars
- Capacity of 2000 Kgs for 12 SUV model cars
- Capacity of 1800 kgs for 14 SEDAN model cars
- This can be installed OUTDOOR/INDOOR with the required protections given as covering to the motor
- Same side entry and exit, One side entry and other exit is possible
- Back to back two modules can be installed to increase the capacity
- Heavy Steel frame on the front side and rear side are connected with each other and with the pallet
- Pallets moves in the given slot with the help of free roller like conveyor
- Shortest time logic is available while unloading the car to reduce the cycle time
- Power supply till the control panel is compulsory with required protections
DEPENDENT TYPE PARKING SYSTEM
- These system are mainly electromechanically operated system,
- Dependent Type of functionality
- These are available in in 3 type of combinations:
- Above ground mechanism for Ground + First level + Second levels
- One in Pit and Ground
- One in Pit, Ground and First level
- The system can be designed for 2T and 2.5 T capacity
- The vehicle heights, widths and lengths can be customized
- Preferably indoor installation, if outdoor enclosure to be provided by client
TWIN PARKING SYSTEM
- The floor parking space can actually be doubled by using this parking system
- Dependent type of parking systems
- The system concept is One above the other
- Suitable for 2 Tons and 2.5 Tons Lifting capacities
- The system is very basic and easy to operate
- Almost free maintenance
- Galvanized sheets are used in the pallet material
- Steel Parts are Epoxy painted
PIT PUZZLE PARKING SYSTEM
- These system are available in two variants:
- Electromechanically operated system
- Hydraulically Operated Systems
- In – Dependent Type of functionality
- The system can be designed for 2T and 2.5 T capacity
- With Electromechanical up to 3 levels below ground can be possible
- Hydraulic are available for Ground + Pit Level combinations
- The vehicle heights, widths and lengths can be customized
- Preferably indoor installation, if outdoor enclosure to be provided by client
- The maximum span can be 8 grids and 6 levels
- Suitable for INDOOR and OUTDOOR Installations with cladding

CAR LIFTS PARKING SYSTEM
- These are typical vertical transportation systems for the cars
- There are two type of systems that we have
- TRACTION TYPE – If the Travel is more than 20 mtrs.
- HYDRAULIC TYPE – Up to the Travel 20 mtrs.
- The car lift allows the human transportation along with the car to reach from one level to other level
- Where there are mix pattern parking arrangement given by customer instead of a civil ramp, dedicated car lifts are used and there are multiple floors used for parking the vehicles
- This system can be given 2 Ton,2.5 Ton & 3 Ton capacity
- This is PWD certified product with all the required compliances inbuilt such as:
- ARD Devices
- Safety governor
- Two side operating panel
- Emergency switch for STOP
- The ceiling fan with internal lights
- Intercom for communication in case of urgency
- Safety sensors for internal working envelope of the car cabin especially for the length
- Car cabin individual doors
- Floor doors separate with Operating panel
- GREEN and RED lighting at every floor
- Overload safety mechanism
